Together: A good team

Together, both Coach Richie and Coach Freccero have had the benefit of learning the game of basketball from the winningest all-time coach in California State history, Coach Mike Phelps. They've helped Bishop O’Dowd to an 80% winning percentage and a Northern California Championship and 2 NCS Championships over the last 5 seasons.

In addition, in their first 3 years as coaches of the prestigious Oakland Slam N’ Jam Soldiers, Richie and Freccero’s team finished higher (top 8 in the country) than any team in Northern California history with an 88% winning percentage in back to back years. In 2004, all 7 eligible seniors are received basketball scholarships. They are currently working with countless players worldwide helping them reach their goals.
