Triple Threat Academy's group
workouts are designed to enhance the skill and athleticism vital to the success of a young player.
We use basketball as a vehicle to teach life
skills.
Lou Richie and Tony Freccero have designed workouts currently being
used by the top, high school, college, international, and professional players
with proven success.
Our goal is to get kids in the gym and to get them better at basketball
and life.
We are driven to help kids excel in everything they do and
our
past success proves this.
We touch on defense, shooting, dribbling, passing, offensive moves to
the basket and
improving ones athleticism.
We stress being extremely fundamental and
explosive. Most coaches teach one or the other or neither.
We also
stress, more importantly, life skills: punctuality, kindness, long term
gratification vs. instant gratification, perception is reality and reality
is perception, academic excellence/achievement, community involvement,
being considerate of others, self-confidence and appreciation of family and parents.
We are currently working with the top basketball players in Bay Area:
high school, college, and pro. We have helped develop numerous players into
Division l student-athletes.
Our goal is to bring players to their peak athletic potential, whether
that be Division l, Division lll, or simply making the grammar or high school team.
Group
lessons are for players of all ages and skill levels. It's never too
late or too early to maximize your potential.
