focuses on increasing athleticism, ball
handling, and explosive moves to the basket.
Score out of the Triple Threat and improve
footwork. Increase your skill set
while maximizing speed, agility, and quickness. |

 |
This workout
focuses 100% on ball handling. Stand still
control dribbling, dribbling on the move,
2 ball dribbling, combination moves, 2 ball
dribbling on the move and advanced techniques
will be emphasized.

shooting

 |
This workout
focuses 100% on shooting and footwork.
This is unique in that each participant will
have the opportunity to get up 200-400
shots--standstill shooting, shooting on the
move, and shooting off the dribble are all
emphasized using proper footwork. |

This workout
combines Elements from all our workouts,
including: footwork, shooting, conditioning,
offensive moves to the basket, open court moves,
ball handling and more! |

Jab'n
workout |
|
 |
This workout
focuses 100% on footwork using the jab step,
including: moves out of the Triple Threat, moves
out of the Dribble Triple Threat, getting to the
rim, shots off the dribble and finishing with 1
on 1 competition!! |
